BraynLabs ("we", "our", "us") develops and publishes mobile applications. This privacy policy explains what information our apps may collect, how it is used, and your choices. This policy applies to all apps published by BraynLabs, including but not limited to FrameFind, Aureo, and any future applications.
Locally stored data. Our apps store settings, preferences, and app-specific data (such as alarms, watchlists, statistics, and achievements) locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and it is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.
Device identifier. Some of our apps generate an anonymous device identifier for functionality purposes such as enforcing free tier limits. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any personal account.
Content you provide. Some of our apps allow you to submit content for processing (such as images for analysis). This content is sent to third-party AI services for real-time processing and is not stored by BraynLabs. It is discarded immediately after results are returned.
Location data. Some of our apps may request location access to provide location-based features (such as local weather). Location data is used only for the requested feature and is not stored or shared by BraynLabs.

Not all third-party services are used in every app. Each app only integrates the services relevant to its functionality. We ensure that all third-party SDKs integrated into our apps comply with Google Play Developer Program policies regarding the handling of user data.
Some of our apps display ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and device data to serve personalized ads. Users who purchase a premium upgrade or subscription can remove ads where applicable.
Some of our apps offer one-time in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock premium features and/or remove ads. All payments are processed through Google Play. We never see or store your payment information.
Our apps do not require account creation. There is no sign-up, login, or user account system. App data is stored locally on your device. Any server-side data (such as anonymous device identifiers) is stored using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data during transmission and storage.
Locally stored data (settings, alarms, statistics, preferences) remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. We do not retain any personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary for app functionality. Anonymous device identifiers used for free tier limits are retained only as long as the app is installed. You may delete all app data at any time through your device settings or through in-app options where available. To request deletion of any server-side data associated with your device, contact us at the email below. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
