Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by BraynLabs ("the Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

1. Description of Service

BraynLabs ("we", "our", "us") develops and publishes mobile applications for Android. Each app provides its own specific functionality as described in its respective app store listing.

2. Free Tier, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions

Our apps may offer free functionality with optional paid upgrades. Paid features may include one-time in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium tiers that unlock additional functionality and/or remove advertisements.

All payments are processed through Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's terms of purchase. Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our Apps
Attempt to bypass usage limits, purchase requirements, or other restrictions
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any App or its services
Interfere with or disrupt any App's servers or infrastructure
Use any App for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

4. AI-Generated and Algorithmic Results

Some of our apps use artificial intelligence or algorithms to generate results, recommendations, or content. These are provided on an "as-is" basis and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any generated result. Our apps are intended for personal, entertainment, and informational purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Each App, including its design, code, logos, icons, and branding, is the property of BraynLabs. Third-party content displayed within our Apps (such as movie information, weather data, or other external data) belongs to their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may rely on third-party services including but not limited to Google AdMob, Google Play, Google AI services, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Alarm and notification features depend on device settings and permissions — we cannot guarantee delivery in all circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BraynLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or missed alarms and notifications.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of any App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
