By downloading, installing, or using FrameFind: Movie Identifier ("the App") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BraynLabs ("we," "our," "us").
FrameFind: Movie Identifier is an AI-powered mobile application that attempts to identify movies and television shows from screenshots using Google Gemini artificial intelligence technology.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
New users receive 15 lifetime free scans at no charge.
After free scans are exhausted, users may continue scanning by watching a rewarded video advertisement for each scan at no monetary cost.
Subscriptions provide unlimited scans (subject to fair use policy of 30 scans per day) with no advertisements.
Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. For refund requests contact Google Play support.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Subscription plans include a fair use limit of 30 scans per day. This limit exists to prevent abuse and ensure service quality for all users. Normal usage patterns will never approach this limit.

FrameFind uses artificial intelligence to identify movies and TV shows. AI identification is not always accurate and results may be incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL CORRECTLY IDENTIFY ANY SPECIFIC MOVIE OR TV SHOW. Identification accuracy depends on screenshot quality, content visibility, and AI capabilities.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by BraynLabs and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Movie titles, posters, metadata, and related content belong to their respective copyright owners. FrameFind does not claim ownership of any movie or TV show content.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App integrates third-party services including Google Gemini AI, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and Google Play Billing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRAYNLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BraynLabs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BraynLabs regarding your use of the App.
